A LITTLE LUXURY CAN SPREAD A LONG WAY
Fancy some Acipenseridae roe as an hors d'oeuvres?
The wild sturgeon is one of the Acipenseriformes species and is responsible for the highly-valued salty delicacy known by the more appetising name of caviar. Traditionally the designation caviar is only used for sturgeon roe from the wild sturgeon species living in the Caspian and Black Sea (Beluga, Oscietra and Sevruga caviars). Our Uber suppliers stock these finest varieties associated with gourmet cuisine.
To accompany the caviar, how about some real bread from artisan bakers and a flattering New Zealand white wine.

Celebrity Caviar - Royal Beluga caviar (also known as Huso Huso) is very subtly flavoured with a hint of walnut. Caspian Caviar has this best known caviar in five sizes ranging from £117 to £1,950.
Star studded - Oscietra caviar is small grained with a slightly nutty taste. Fortnum and Mason supplies it in 50g and 100g tins studded with Swarovski crystals.
Ethically sourced - Forman & Field supplies top chefs with Zywer caviar from Uruguay, hailed as the future of caviar. This comes from farmed sturgeon raised slowly in a large natural reserve. It is supplied in three grades, with the Grand Cru from the Caspian Oscietra species.
