Did you spot the motorcycle and sidecar combination in the movie Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 1? Escaping traffic by mounting a tunnel wall, in the style of Hagrid (Robbie Coltrane) and Potter (Daniel Radcliffe) is not recommended though, and flying is certainly not covered by the manufacturer's warranty!
Sidecar sales enquiries soared after the release of the film and more and more bike riders are discovering the fun of these combinations and mastering the different driving technique required. The sidecar in the film was made by Watsonian Squire, partnered with a Royal Enfield Bullet Classic.
As well as classic styled sidecars like the Manx GP in the film, Watsonian Squire makes sports versions suitable for high performance motorcycles, where precise high handling is essential. The company also makes trailers, so if you're off on holiday, taking the luggage is no problem.
